ABAIRE Oluwatobi Emmanuel
ABAIRE Oluwatobi Emmanuel holds both a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Architecture from Lead City University. He is currently an Architect with Coop Property Development Company, where he contributes to the planning, design, and development of residential, mixed-use, and sustainable development projects.
His professional experience spans architectural design, project coordination, and site supervision. His research interests include sustainable architecture, climate-resilient design, residential development, urban planning, and the integration of environmentally responsive design principles into the built environment. He is particularly interested in advancing sustainable housing solutions and promoting resilient urban development within the Nigerian context. Through his academic and professional engagements, he seeks to contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable architectural practices that address contemporary environmental and societal challenges.
ADEBISI Joshua Adewumi
Ph.D., M.Phil., M.Sc., MURP, M.Div., FNITP, RTP, FIPMD
ADEBISI Joshua Adewumi is a distinguished Nigerian scholar, seasoned urban and regional planner, academic administrator, and Christian minister. He has built an outstanding career spanning over three decades in academia, professional practice, consultancy and ministry.
His educational journey reflects exceptional dedication, having progressed through all levels of formal education in Nigeria, culminating in a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, alongside other advanced qualifications in Geographical Information Science and Theology.
Dr. Adebisi began his professional career as a teacher before advancing into physical planning and research, contributing significantly to major development projects such as the Abeokuta and Ifo–Ota Master Plans and the Ibadan Urban Renewal Project. He joined The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1994 and rose to the rank of Chief Lecturer, serving meritoriously until his retirement in 2026 in various capacities including Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Studies.
He is also an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Ibadan, Ibadan. A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, he is renowned for his academic excellence, humility, leadership, and service as Pastor of Amazing Grace Baptist Church, impacting both the academic and spiritual communities.
ADEBOWALE-SALAWU Temiloluwa E.
ADEBOWALE-SALAWU Temiloluwa E. is an urban planner, a lecturer and researcher in the field of Urban and Regional Planning. She earned a B.Tech degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and an M.Sc degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Ibadan.
She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Association of Women Town Planners in Nigeria (AWTPN), and Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC). Her keen area of research interest lies in Transportation Planning, Inclusive and Green Transportation Planning, Urban Planning and Regional Development Planning. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
ADEDEJI Afolabi
ADEDEJI Afolabi is a speaker, a principal architect, researcher, and a lecturer with a strong academic and professional interest in sustainable architecture, with data-driven design and construction solutions.
He holds his Masters and a Bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Lagos. He also holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Ibadan, and currently Lectures in Lead City University, Ibadan where he is also, a Ph.D candidate.
Adedeji is a partner in a design and construction firm in Ibadan, overseeing the planning, design and construction of several development projects. His expertise spans architectural design, urban development and project management. Also, his research interest is in sustainable architecture. he his a Fellow of Nigeria Institute of Architecture (NI.A), a registered architect with Architects' Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), former cairman of Library and Publications unit (ARCON), a former Head of department, The federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. His career reflects a commitment to excellence with a long-term vision to contribute to transformative architectural research education and professional leadership.
ADEJARE Jacob Ayorinde

ADEJARE Jacob Ayorinde, PhD, is a lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Redeemer's University, Ede, Osun State, Nigeria, and the Chief Executive Officer of Geo-Art Consult Limited. He holds a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso; a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Ibadan; a Bachelor of Science degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; a Higher National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and a Professional Diploma in Surveying and Geoinformatics from the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo.
His research interests include urban and regional planning, sustainable urban development, GIS and remote sensing, environmental management, climate change adaptation, healthcare planning, and Transportation Studies. Dr. Adejare is a Registered Town Planner with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC), a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (MNITP), and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Landscape Horticulturists (MNILH). He has published extensively in reputable national and international journals and has contributed to several books, conference proceedings, and landmark planning projects across Nigeria, with particular expertise in master planning, urban renewal, environmental impact assessment, and spatial planning.
ADENIRAN Adetayo O.

ADENIRAN Adetayo O. PhD, is a Lecturer in the Department of Transport Planning and Logistics of the University of Ilesa, Ilesa. He is a holder of Doctorate and Master of Technology degrees in Transport Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and Bachelor of Technology degree in Transport Technology from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
He is an Advisory Board Member to the Discover Global Society (an outlet of Springer Nature), earned the lifetime scholar award and member of the Global Research Development Services (GRDS), a full member of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria, and has participated in rigorous research with publications. His research interests are in air transport management, inclusive mobility, pedestrian studies, and e-commerce logistics.
ADEYINKA Ebenezer Olasupo
ADEYINKA Ebenezer Olasupo studied Urban and Regional Planning at the National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Professional Diploma at The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He also pursued a BSc (Hons) in Transport Management at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso and MSc Transport and Logistics Management at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan.
Adeyinka is a corporate member of the Nigeria Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and a registered town planner with the Town Planners Registration Council (TOPREC). He is currently working in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki, and his research interests are mostly on land use planning, environmental planning, Transportation and CADs.
AJAO Ayodele Christianah

AJAO Ayodele Christianah, PhD, is a lecturer at the Department of Building Technology Michael Adeniyi Koleoso Polytechnic Saki formerly known as The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki, Oyo State. She has been handling building technology and construction related courses in the Polytechnic. She has Ph.D and Master's Degree in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure Ondo State.
Her research interest is in building production management, building maintenance, facilities management and resources management in construction. She is a registered builder and a corporate member of Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB). She is also a member of Association of Professional Women Builders of Nigeria (APWBN) and Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria.
She has served as the first Financial Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Building Oke-Ogun Branch, Financial Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Building, Oyo State Chapter, and currently she is serving as a member of Workshops, Training and Development committee of the Nigerian Institute of Building Oyo State Chapter, and also, a Treasurer of the Nigerian Institute of Building Oke-Ogun Chapter. She has published extensively in reputable national and international journals and has contributed to several books and conference proceedings.
AKANMU Ayobami Ademola

AKANMU Ayobami Ademola, PhD, is a Chief Lecturer; pioneer Head of the Department of Transport Planning and Management, and currently, Director, Students' Industrial Work Experience/Industrial Liaison and Placement Office at The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki. He holds a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Town Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan; B.Sc. Urban and Regional Planning from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; Postgraduate Diploma and Master of Science degree in Transport Studies from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, and PhD Transport Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
His areas of interest include urban issues, transport safety, transportation infrastructure, logistics, city livability and spatial planning. Akanmu is a member of the Association for European Transport, member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, a Registered Town Planner with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria, and a Chartered Transportant of Nigeria with the Council for the Registration of Transportants in Nigeria.
AKPAN Patrick Etim
AKPAN Patrick Etim is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, Nigeria. He holds a bachelor's degree in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Uyo, a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Ibadan, and two additional Master's degrees in Environmental Management and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Uyo. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Uyo.
His research and teaching interests focus on the application of Geographic Information Systems in regional analysis, with emphasis on intra-city mobility patterns, urban mass transit prospects, spatio-temporal modelling, traffic density dynamics, and transport-related air pollution.
AKINADE Adekunle Joshua
AKINADE Adekunle Joshua is an aspiring Urban and Regional Planning professional with a solid academic foundation in planning and sustainable urban development. He obtained his National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban and Regional Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso Oyo State.
He is currently affiliated with the Department of Transportation Planning and Management at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and Duro-Kas Consulting Ltd. where he is pursuing academic and professional growth. His research interests include Urban Design, Transport Planning and Management, Tourism and Sustainable Waste Management, with a passion for developing innovative planning solutions that promote sustainable and resilient cities.
ALABI Folami Munta
ALABI Folami Munta is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, School of Environmental Studies, The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki. He holds a National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from The Polytechnic Ibadan; M.Tech. in Urban and Regional Planning at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso and M.Sc in Housing development and management from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan.
He was the Head of the department of Urban and Regional Planning, Director of Center for Part-time programs and of a pioneer Deputy Rector of The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki. He is currently the Director of Inter-Communityand Alumni Relations of the same institution, and has several published articles to his credits.
BOLUKALE Oluwatoyin A.
BOLUKALE Oluwatoyin A. holds a PhD degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She has extensive experience in research, academic and leadership roles. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planner (NITP) and a Registered Town Planner. Her key areas of interest are environmental planning, waste management, coastal management, blue economy, and tourism. Bolukale is an international volunteer at the annual international coastal clean-up, an advocate of circular economy, mentor of teenage girls and a coach. She has published numerous journals as she continues to share her expertise across various platforms influencing urban planning. She currently works at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Lead City University, Ibadan.
OLALEYE Eyitayo
OLALEYE Eyitayo is a Transportation Planner (Research and Data Analysis) at the Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG), Waterbury, CT, U.S.A. He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree and a Master of Business Administration, both from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna, Nigeria, and a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from Alabama Agriculture & Mechanical University, Normal, Alabama, U.S.A. He previously worked in FirstBank Nigeria Limited, rising to become a Business Manager. He was also a Graduate Research Assistant at the Department of Community and Regional Planning at Alabama A&M University. Mr. Olaleye has 40 journal papers to his credit. He is a registered town planner in Nigeria and a certified planner in the U.S., having earned TOPREC and AICP certifications respectively. He is also a registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria. Mr. Olaleye’s interests include electric vehicles, community engagement, infrastructure resilience, active transportation, and transportation safety. At NVCOG, Mr. Olaleye is responsible for running both the agency’s data collection program as well as an active transportation microgrant program; preparation of a regional mobility freight plan, and serves as a project manager for both a state-funded municipal corridor study and a federally-funded multi-regional resilience improvement plan.

ELEGBEDE Olufola Toyosi, MNIVS, RSV, is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, Faculty of Environmental Studies, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She holds an M.Sc. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; B.Sc. in Estate Management from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Ikeji-Arakeji (2014); M.Sc. in Housing Development and Management from University of Ibadan; PGD. Public Administration from The Polytechnic Ibadan; Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and National Diploma in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (MNIVS) and also a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). She has previously served as Dean of Faculty of Environmental Studies, Director of Center for Preliminary and Allied Programmes and Assistant Director of Center for Preliminary and Allied Programmes at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Ibadan. Elegbede has been a resource person for various Polytechnics for NBTE accreditations exercises throughout Nigeria and has also served as an external assessor to various Polytechnics. To her credit she has various papers publications and has presented many papers during various conferences. She has various awards to her honours and her research interests are in property development and land use.

FASINA Simeon Oluwagbenga, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Ibogun Campus of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban and Regional Planning and Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Regional Planning from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State and National Diploma in Surveying and Geo-Informatics from the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria. His areas of specialization and research include urban infrastructure and transportation planning. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), and a Registered Town Planner with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC).
ALABI Oluwole Titilayo
ALABI Oluwole Titilayo is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He also attended Yaba College of Technology, Yaba; Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Arakeji, Osun, Nigeria; and Federal University of Technology, Akure, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management, respectively. Alabi is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS) and Registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He has co-authored books including Elements of Estate Management and Property Valuation, and Housing Planning, Development and Management. Presently, he is a Ph.D candidate at Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria.
ANIMASHAUN Idris Olalekan
ANIMASHAUN Idris Olalekan is an academic staff in the Department of Transport Planning and Management, The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki, Oyo State. He studied Urban and Regional Planning at both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma levels from The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki and has BSc Transport Management at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. Animashaun has been involved in Computer-Aided Design, Transport Planning Design and mapping, and entrepreneurial development in transport and logistics.
AREMU John Adekunle
AREMU John Adekunle is a registered builder and facility manager. He has Masters of Technology Degree in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). Aremu is a Lecturer at the Department of Building Technology, Former The Oke Ogun Polytechnic, Saki (TOPS) but now Michael Adeniyi Koleoso Polytechnic Saki (MAKPS). His research interest is in building construction and project management. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and the Nigeria Institution of Builders in Facilities Management (NIBIFM). He has served as the Assistant Honorary Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Building, Oyo State Chapter and is currently serving as an Ex-Officio of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) Oyo State Chapter and is currently, the Head of Department of Building in MAKPS.
AYORINDE Adedayo Ayodele
AYORINDE Adedayo Ayodele, born in Ibadan in the early 1960s, is a seasoned Town Planner. He holds a Full Professional Diploma from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Ibadan. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and a registered planner with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC). His expertise includes environmental planning and management, waste and flood management. After retiring as a Permanent Secretary in Oyo State Civil Service, he now focuses on research and consultancy work.
IYANDA Oladimeji
IYANDA Oladimeji is a Lecturer and a member of staff of the Urban and Regional Planning Department, School of Environmental Studies, Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. He had a National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Full Professional Graduate Diploma (FPGD, 2004) in Urban and Regional Planning from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He won the TPL Remi Makinde Award for the Best Planning Theory Full Professional Graduate student in the 2004/2005 Academic Session. He also has MSc Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, and is currently pursuing a PhD Housing programme at the University of KwaZulu-Natal University, Durban, South Africa. Iyanda is a registered Town Planner (RTP), member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and member Nigerian Institute of Environmental Society (NIES).
KOLAPO Oluyemi Mary
KOLAPO Oluyemi Mary is the current Head of the Department of Statistics at Ibadan City Polytechnic. She is a dedicated statistician, biostatistics researcher, and academic with extensive experience in teaching, research, curriculum development, and educational administration. She holds a Master of Technology and Bachelor of Technology in Statistics from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Biostatistics at the same University. Her expertise spans statistical modelling, biostatistics, public health research, data analysis, and applied statistics. She has authored and co-authored several journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters addressing public health, socio-economic development, transportation, and statistical applications. Passionate about academic excellence, Kolapo combines strong teaching ability with leadership, research supervision, and administrative competence. She is committed to mentoring students, advancing statistical knowledge, and contributing to institutional growth through curriculum innovation and quality assurance. Beyond academia, she actively engages in community service and professional development, demonstrating integrity, diligence, and a lifelong commitment to education, research, and national development through evidence-based decision-making and statistical innovation.

LASISI Kamil Oluranti, PhD, is a Chief Lecturer and Former Head of Department of Urban and Regional Planning, The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He obtained Doctorate Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Professional Diploma in Surveying & Geoinformatics from Federal School of Surveying, MSc. in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, an M.Sc. in Geography from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan and B.Sc. in Geography with Second Class (Hon.) Upper Division. Lasisi is a Registered Town Planner, Registered Surveyor, Corporate Member of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Corporate Member of Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) and Fellow, Institute of Policy Management Development, Nigeria. He is a Justice of the Peace/ Commissioner for Oath in Oyo State and has served as an external examiner/moderator to Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic, Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun, Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, and College of Health Technology, Ileshe, Ijebu, Ogun State. Also, he has published over 20 journal articles and presented 30 conference papers within and outside Nigeria. He has attended over 55 conferences, workshops and seminars both within and outside Nigeria.
NALAILA Stephano

NALAILA Stephano, PhD, lectures in the Department of Education and Teaching, Mzumbe University-Morogoro, Tanzania. He is a scholar in Comparative and International Education with an interdisciplinary research focus on education, mobility, and social justice. He holds a PhD and a Master of Education in Comparative and International Education, both from Kenyatta University, Nairobi, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam. Nalaila has made substantial contributions to teaching, research, and academic leadership. His research interests include digital literacy for learning, mobility justice for underprivileged populations in low-income settings, and sustainability education. His recent work examines the lived experiences of low-income women pedestrians in cities such as Abuja, Dodoma, Nairobi, and Dar es Salaam, highlighting the personal burdens and social value of everyday mobility.

She is a seasoned Estate Surveyor and Valuer, academic, researcher, and administrator with extensive experience spanning professional practice, teaching, research, and academic leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Built Environment from Lead City University, Ibadan; M.Sc. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; M.Sc. in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan; B.Sc. in Estate Management from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Ikeji-Arakeji; Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and National Diploma in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Dr. Odunfa is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), and a Fellow of the Institute of Policy Management and Development (FIPMD). She previously worked with reputable Estate Surveying and Valuation firms, including Olatoye Ojo & Co., Ibadan; Remi Olofa & Co., Ibadan; and Diya Fatimilehin & Co., Bodija, Ibadan, where she gained practical experience in diverse areas of estate management and valuation practice; also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Lead City University, Ibadan. Her research interests include Portfolio Management, Environmental Sustainability, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in the Built Environment.
OGUNDIRAN Adeyinka Amos
OGUNDIRAN Adeyinka Amos is an academic in the Department of Estate Management and Valuation at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria. He obtained his secondary school education at Abadina College before earning a Higher National Diploma (HND) from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from Lead City University, Ibadan. He is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic administration. His teaching areas include Rural Land Use Economics, Estate Office, and Research Methodology. His research interests are in estate management, land administration, and real estate development. In recognition of his commitment to academic excellence and service, he has served as Course Coordinator, Departmental and Faculty Student Adviser, and Acting Head of Department for the 2025/2026 academic session. Ogundiran is committed to advancing knowledge through quality teaching, impactful research, and professional service to the academic community. He is a registered member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

He bagged his First degree from University of Lagos, Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Ibadan, a Master of Philosophy and PhD from the University of Ibadan respectively. OGUNSESAN Abimbola S. is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria. She obtained her foundational training in Urban and Regional Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. She later earned a Master of Science degree in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan. Driven by a strong interest in academic scholarship and global urban challenges, she further pursued a second Master of Science degree in Urban Management and Development at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and currently a doctoral candidate at Lead City University, Ibadan. Ogunsesan is also a Corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and Registered Town Planner with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC). She has an extensive publication, and her research interests span urban governance, environmental management, housing studies, climate change adaptation, and sustainable urban development.

OGUNSESAN Durodola Kamoru, PhD, is a distinguished scholar, professional Town Planner, administrator, and consultant. His career spans academia, professional practice, public policy, and community development. He holds the National Diploma and Full Professional Diploma in Town Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He also obtained his Master's and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye and Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye respectively. A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (FNITP) and a registered Town Planner with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC), Ogunsesan has made significant contributions to urban and regional planning education, professional practice, transportation planning, and policy development in Nigeria. As a Chief Lecturer at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, he has provided outstanding academic leadership. His strategic appointments have included Head of Department, Director of Continuing Education, Director of Quality Assurance, and Head of the Department of Transportation Planning and Management. Beyond academia, he has served the planning profession in leadership capacities within the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, the Association of Town Planning Consultants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and the National Board for Technical Education.

OLADELE Victor is an architect, researcher and a construction project manager with a strong academic and professional interest in sustainable architecture, with data driven design and construction solutions. He holds his Masters and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Lead City University Ibadan, a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He currently works in a partner in a design and construction firm in Ibadan overseeing the planning, design and construction of several construction projects. OLADIRAN Olaide Ibiyinka, PhD, is a distinguished Urban and Regional Planner, scholar, and public servant whose work reflects discipline, resilience, and strong commitment to improving the built environment. She studied Urban and Regional Planning at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, earning both a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit, followed by a Professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning (Upper Credit). She later obtained a Master's Degree at the University of Ibadan. She earned a Ph.D. in Built Environment from Lead City University, Ibadan, while also achieved a First Class B.Sc. in Urban and Regional Planning from the same institution. Professionally, she is a corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and a Registered Town Planner under TOPREC. She is a Full Member of Environmental Management Association of Nigeria, a Member of the Association of Nigerian Geographers and serves as Chairperson of the Association of Women Town Planners of Nigeria (Oyo State Chapter). Oladiran began her public service in 1994 at Ajoda New Town Development Corporation, Ibadan, later served in Oyo State's Housing Corporation Ibadan and presently with Ministry of Lands, Housing Urban Development Oyo State where she is now Director of Strategic Physical Development Planning. Her expertise covers Urban Design and Green Infrastructure within the built environment, supporting sustainable planning and improved human settlements.
OLUWOYE Jacob

OLUWOYE Jacob, PhD, is a Professor Emeritus of Transportation and Environmental Health at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, Normal, Alabama, U.S.A. He holds a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Master's degree in Physical Planning and Transportation Systems from Howard University. In addition, he has a PhD in Traffic and Transportation Management Planning from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He started his career as a Town Planning Assistant at the Osun North West Planning Authority in 1972, and has worked at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria and the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia before joining the faculty of the Department of Urban and Community Planning at Alabama A & M University, where he serves as the Director of the Center for Urban and Rural Research. Professor Oluwoye is a prolific writer with over 400 published and unpublished works. He holds adjunct positions in various universities in Nigeria. His interests span transportation, construction, agriculture, sustainable development, and environmental health. In 2022, he retired from the services of Alabama A&M University after 20 years. He continues to mentor students all across the world, teaching, researching, and writing grants.

Urban and Regional Planning and PhD Transport Management Technology (Land Option) from The Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. His research interest includes road infrastructure, urban and rural mobility, transport security and safety. OYEJIDE Olarinola Ibukunoluwa is a Registered Town Planner and has a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Ibadan. She's also a lecturer at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Her research interest is in Housing, Urban Agriculture and Tourism Management. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Association of Women Town Planners of Nigeria (AWTPN), Nigerian Association of Town Planning Educators (NATPED), Nigerian Institute of Horticulture (NILH) and Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria (ATPN). Oyejide has served as the first Financial Secretary of the Association of Women Town Planners of Nigeria and is currently serving as the Vice Chairperson of AWTPN Oyo State Chapter and the National Treasurer of the Nigerian Association of Town Planning Educators (NATPED).

Dr. Umar Obafemi SALISU is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Transport Management at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Transport Studies and a Ph.D. in Transport and Logistics. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration (CIoTA). He is a VREF Next Generation Research Scholar, a member of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM), and a Research Fellow with Earth System Governance. His research interests span transport governance, transport safety, sustainable urban mobility, public transport planning and management, pedestrian and active mobility, logistics and supply chain systems and tourism transport. His work is interdisciplinary and policy-oriented, with a particular focus on addressing mobility and transport challenges in rapidly urbanising cities of the Global South. He has participated in and secured both international and national research funding, including the VREF Next Generation Study Visit Grant and Nigeria’s National Research Fund (NRF), reflecting his growing engagement in internationally connected, collaborative and impact-oriented transport research.

TAIWO Olushola Samuel is an Estate Management professional with a strong academic background and practical experience in real estate practice and higher education.
